Prime Video premiere -Harald & Sonja

For the premiere of the Prime Video series Harald & Sonja, we were responsible for creating a high-profile guest experience worthy of one of the most anticipated Norwegian series launches. Our role was to ensure the event attracted a strong mix of cultural figures, media personalities and industry leaders, reflecting the significance of the story being celebrated.

Working closely with the production and partners, we curated and managed an exclusive guest list designed to bring together some of the country’s most notable and influential guests. Through careful guestlist strategy, invitations and follow-up, we ensured a full house of around 250 attendees, creating a vibrant and highly visible premiere moment.

In addition to guest management, we oversaw the red carpet and press wall operations, ensuring key guests were guided through the press area and captured by attending media. By coordinating the flow of arrivals and working actively with the press wall, we helped generate strong media exposure and social coverage throughout the evening.

From invitation development and guest communication to on-site guest handling and press coordination, the event brought together Norway’s cultural and media elite for a memorable celebration of the series.
